Parc at Hillsdale is situated in an ideal location. We are just minutes from the newly built Atlanta Braves stadium, Truist Park; minutes from I-285 and I-75 (but far enough to hear no highway traffic noise); and near every conceivable retail option just minutes away. On a good traffic day you can easily be in the downtown area in 20 minutes or less.

The property features one and two-bedroom units. The “Forum” features a very large living room that is open to the kitchen. The “Classic” features a more enclosed kitchen and separate dining area. All two-bedroom units also feature two bathrooms. The one-bedroom units feature one and a half baths.

As privately owned condominiums, owners are free to own pets. Many residents have dogs and walk them on the property. A pet waste station is available that provides bags for cleaning up after your pet. We try our best to keep the community neat and clean for all of ours residents.
