Association Dues

Your monthly condo association dues cover things like landscape maintenance, trash pick-up, water, pool, and tennis court maintenance as well as maintenance of the exteriors of the buildings. You can consult your Hillsdale Documents for a complete explanation of what your dues cover.

Dues are due on the first of each month. The current fee is $260 / month. There is a $25 late fee for dues not received in our office (not postmarked) by the 10th of the month. If you become delinquent on your dues, you will lose your parking privileges on our property and your vehicle(s) is/are subject to being towed. The association does not send out bills or payment coupons. However, you can get pre-addressed payment envelopes from the property management company.
